Why I’ve Implemented a Service Fee Policy

At Wanderlust Travel & Adventures, I’m passionate about helping you create unforgettable vacations with care, professionalism, and personalized attention—without charging upfront planning fees.


However, to ensure that I can continue offering this level of service to all clients, I’ve implemented a Service Terms & Fee Policy to address situations where my time, resources, or expertise may be misused. 


These fees are not meant to discourage you from exploring options, but rather to protect the integrity of the planning process and respect the time and effort it takes to research, customize, and secure the best trip for you.


Examples of misuse include:


🔄 Frequent changes in destination or travel dates after booking
📝 Requesting multiple proposal revisions with no clear intent to book
❌ Ghosting after receiving custom itineraries
📤 Using my work to book elsewhere
💬 Repeated last-minute or non-essential modifications


These situations can take time away from other clients who are ready to move forward—and ultimately delay the booking process for everyone. My goal is always to serve you with efficiency, care, and professionalism, and this policy helps ensure I can continue to do just that.

Based on your input, I’ll create a personalized itinerary or travel options tailored to your needs—including flights, cruises, resorts, tours, or a mix.


3️⃣ Review & Refine

You’ll review the proposal and request any adjustments. I want to make sure everything is just right before you book.


4️⃣ Secure Your Spot

When you're ready, I’ll guide you through the booking process and any required deposits. Payment plans may be available!


5️⃣ Prepare for Takeoff

You’ll receive a travel checklist, important documents, and support with apps, check-ins, and more. I’m here to make it seamless!
